Background

Thirteen years across four continents.

Professional headshot of Michel Isamuna N. in a navy blazer and white shirt against a blue-grey background.

With a background in digital health programme management, information management, and geographic information systems, I've built data tools and platforms for IOM, GRID3, and partners across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.

From trafficking victim health analytics in Myanmar to DRM DataHubs in the Pacific and stability indices in the Sahel, I turn complex operational data into software that supports governments and communities. I work at the intersection of development and data science — wherever the problem needs solving.
