Background
Thirteen years across four continents.

With a background in digital health programme management, information management, and geographic information systems, I've built data tools and platforms for IOM, GRID3, and partners across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.
From trafficking victim health analytics in Myanmar to DRM DataHubs in the Pacific and stability indices in the Sahel, I turn complex operational data into software that supports governments and communities. I work at the intersection of development and data science — wherever the problem needs solving.
Tools & Technologies
Career milestones
Dev-Afrique / DRC
2025 – PresentSenior Consultant, Digital Health & IM Workstream Lead — geospatial and digital health capacity assessment across DRC provinces; WBS, RACI, and budget frameworks; stakeholder mapping across government, donors, and partners; alignment with the national health information management landscape.
IOM Myanmar
2025 – 2026IM and Health Data Management Consultant — mission-level TIP/VoT health data mandate: MiMOSA, IOM data protection, multi-source integration; designed and shipped VISTA MMR (vistammr.vercel.app) for real-time victim health dashboards; Python pipelines from Kobo/Excel, YAML standardization, Power BI, and SOPs for sustained governance.
IOM Pacific (FSM & RMI)
2024 – 2025Information Management Officer, Disaster Risk Reduction — delivered the DRM DataHub: Asset Registry, Early Warning, Kobo server, repository, and 5W stakeholder tracking; DataHub Sync Jobs (C#) for automated field-to-central SQL sync; 99% data security compliance, training, and NDMA handover in FSM and RMI.
IOM Niger (NCCI)
2021 – 2023Information Management Officer — community cohesion health data and IM platform (SQL Server, Power BI, Kobo, Activity Info); fully automated Community Stability Index reporting; NCCI grant database; led three IM assistants and cross-unit data integration for the programme.
IOM Haiti (TDY-STA)
2023CCCM & Shelter/NFI in Port-au-Prince — mission IM strategy, cluster tools aligned with global standards, map templates and partner training, OCHA and Shelter Cluster dashboards, and multi-partner assessment consolidation.
